Trust Me—Buy Any of These 25 New Things

The shopping part of my brain (left or right, maybe all) is going into overdrive. Autumn is my favourite season, and the slightest hint of rain during summer is enough to get all engines fired up and thinking about what's new. Lately, I've been thinking about what's cosier than a skimpy cotton dress and what's going to pep up my wardrobe for the following six months or so.
I'm not quite at the stage where I'm thinking about full winter coats (although this is technically the time of year they start to sell out), but I'm open to the idea of a new knit, a different trench or a pair of ankle boots, and the new-in drops from our favourite brands and retailers are providing me with a banquet of wish listing options.
From fresh designer pieces streaming in at Net a Porter, Browns Fashion, MyTheresa and Harvey Nichols to the hottest items hiding amongst the sales dregs at Topshop, ASOS and Arket, I've trawled everything to bring you an edit of the very best. Keep scrolling for the new-in August shopping picks I have my eye on.
Ever since last winter, I've been looking for the perfect scrumper (aka scarf-jumper).
I've been eyeing up Hayley's incredible knitwear for some time now.
This dress is supposedly "coming soon." If that could happen a little quicker, that'd be great. Thanks, Zara!
I wear gold hoops pretty much every day, so the collection can welcome another pair.
Neous is one of our favourite shoe brands, and its new sandals are TDF.
This ASOS dress is trending and probably not going to stay around for long.

This stretchy dress sold out a couple of times in the summer (in beige and black), and now it's back in bronze.
Square necks are where it's at. This jumper also comes in burgundy, and I'd like both, please.
We're feeling long pendant necklaces again. That '70s vibe is coming through for A/W 19.
I may not be brave enough to wear the matching hat, but how great is this dress?
The Row's cult sandals are now arriving in new shades, like this ultra-chic pale grey.
Layer over jeans, leather trousers, skirts and dresses. This is the versatile wardrobe item you never knew you needed.
Biodegradable and in the oval shape I'm really into rn? Count me in.
