Two New Fall Trends to Try: Seashells and Wrinkles
Seashells and intentionally wrinkled clothing—two things we weren't anticipating seeing on the F/W 18 runway, but alas, here we are. The 3.1 Phillip Lim show incorporated a childlike spirit and a "heart stained by wanderlust," which helps one place said seashells and slightly disheveled fabrics in exactly the right place. Cozy, colorful knits accompanied the rest of the collection, as did mismatched prints and the rubber-soled boots that tied each look together. If a wandering spirit and playful energy were to become tangible, Phillip Lim would want you to know that it would look like a whirlwind of pastel sweaters, seashell earrings, practical parkas, and a dreamy blend of eclectic prints. See for yourself here as we show you the entire 3.1 Phillip Lim F/W 18 collection.
