For me, the ideal office holiday party look perfectly toes the line between formal and festive, bringing a fashion-forward feel to the often drab world of business casual. Naturally, this can be tricky to achieve, not just because it’s an admittedly confusing space to fall in, but because once you know what you want to wear, or at least what vibe you’re going for, you then have to actually find and put together the outfit.

Of course, that’s where I, and our beloved Who What Wear collection at Target, come in. Because we’d never leave you hanging, today I’ve put together six affordable holiday party outfits that will not just do the trick but wow your co-workers, too. From metallics to prints, dresses to trousers, I’m also pretty sure that no matter what your style or budget, today we’ve got you covered. Just keep scrolling to see and shop each of the looks.

Look 1

Want proof? See for yourself how striking this universally attractive dress is.

Look 2

If you want to keep it on the more casual side, you can't go wrong with tinsel and trousers.

Look 3

Spice up a simple black jumpsuit by layering a printed turtleneck underneath and adding a pop of color with your shoes.

Look 4

A metallic top does any and all heavy lifting needed for a party outfit, so just add your favorite black pants and heels.

Look 5

Going for cool contrast? Look no further than the fashion girl favorite combo of a sweatshirt and midi skirt.

Look 6

Last but certainly not least, the leopard-print shirtdress is the office-appropriate trend item we all need in our wardrobes. While you could easily opt for neutral shoes (and should, if that's your vibe), you can make it feel even more party-ready with a pop of red.

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
