If there's one thing that Arket has always been reliable for it's a strong staple. Far from being an after-thought, the brand has gone to great lengths to refine its offering of blazers, white tees, and jeans so that each item looks just as impressive as a stand-alone as it does when paired with statement-making items. Summer 2021 is no exception, and Arket's latest drop is packed full of hard-working basics that will form the core of your warm-weather capsule.
Just to prove this fact, I've hand-picked four key items from the brand's summer edit and created four outfits that are 100% ready for balmier days. These are pieces that will work for all sorts of occasions and are incredibly adaptable. For example, I've styled Arket's tailored linen trousers with a weekend-ready tank top and cage sandals; however, they could just as easily be elevated with heeled sandals, gold jewellery, and a silken blouse for Friday-night cocktails. Even the brand's bold leopard-print shirt could be mixed up with denim and sliders for the daytime and then dressed up with a black slip skirt and heeled boots in the evening.
