Yes, this early aughts trend is continuing its reign, and as someone who has no tolerance for high heels, it comes as a welcome addition to my shoe rack. As we see the ballet-flats trend growing there are so many new, fun iterations that will freshen up your warm-weather outfits. I'm looking to add a practical pair for commuting in the city and also for those days prior to my summer pedicure. 

A few of the flats trends I'm adding to my wishlist are fluorescent hues, muted pastels, minimal square toes, sweet Mary Janes, and pretty satin fabrics. I'm already picturing these with midi sundresses, baggy denim shorts, and bright trousers.
