Brigitte Macron Wore a Power Suit to Visit the Taj Mahal

French president Emmanuel Macron and first lady Brigitte Macron are currently on a three-day state visit to India. Much like how we keep an eye out for Kate Middleton's wardrobe on her trips abroad, we've been eagerly awaiting Brigitte's outfits and were definitely not disappointed.

While Middleton opted to wear lots of long, flowing dresses on her India trip back in 2016, Macron has been sticking to her signature looks: suits and short dresses. While visiting the Taj Mahal, Macron chose an oversize tan blazer along with matching skinny pants and heels. She completed the power suit ensemble with a classic white button-down shirt.

During a black-tie dinner, Macron went with a lace column dress with pretty shoulder cutouts. The president and first lady also toured the city of New Delhi and visited an orphanage during their trip. Read on to see every outfit Macron has worn in India.

She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
