There aren't many red carpet events in Australia that really stop us in our tracks. Sure, the Logies is one, but aside from that, we normally sit tight and wait for the big international red carpets like the Met Gala and the Oscars—where you can bet you'll see some major fashion moments. As you'd know, Australian style tends to be a bit more relaxed and casual, and our red carpets are no different, so it came as a huge surprise during last night's Brownlow Awards (a night honouring AFL) when we saw some seriously showstopping gowns.

Rachael Finch, Jessie Murphy, and Brit Davis were our stand-outs of the night, each wearing soft, drapey gowns.
