The Most Stunning Jewelry From the 2019 Cannes Red Carpet
While award season is always brimming with iconic fashion moments, nothing compares to the Cannes Film Festival, one of the most glamorous red carpets of the year. Celebrities arrive in the French Riviera dripping in couture, showstopping beauty looks, and glittering jewels that evoke the elegance of Old Hollywood.
This year, we’ve seen A-listers wearing particularly stunning pieces from iconic jewelry designers that have made their looks that much more captivating. Elle Fanning, a member of this year’s Cannes jury, has debuted a number of incredible looks, including a Gucci dress worn with a stunning pair of Chopard diamonds earrings totaling over 34 carats. Actress Monica Bellucci also understood the power of a statement jewelry piece, wearing a Cartier High Jewelry Collection crocodile necklace designed with six sugarloaf emeralds totaling 21 carats that took over 2300 hours to craft. Meanwhile, actress Camila Morrone was lucky enough to debut the worldwide preview of Bulgari’s Cinemagia High Jewelry collection wearing a necklace inspired by Marilyn Monroe in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and set with 105 diamonds.
