All the Best Celebrity Halloween Beauty Looks of 2019
When it comes to Halloween costumes, celebrities seem to have a slight leg up on the rest of us. Not only do their getups often look like they were assembled by A-list costumers, but their hair and makeup are always superb as well. Over the weekend, Hollywood stepped out to celebrate All Hallows' Eve, and, as per usual, they did so in style.
Perhaps it's the access to the best glam squads to get them all dolled up for the occasion that puts celebrity Halloween costumes a cut above the rest, but we were once again blown away by this year's show of enviable beauty looks. From smoky eyes to colorful hair, we seriously can't get enough. Just ahead of the actual holiday later this week, peep the 20 best Halloween beauty looks we've spotted so far.
The Victoria's Secret model channeled her inner Jack Sparrow this year with a crimson smoky eye fit for a pirate.
Lovato's perfectly executed Pennywise clown makeup is a good reminder that you can still serve major face even when dressing up as a creepy character on Halloween.
And in a Victorian turn of events, Lovato dawned yet another flawless halloween look. Only this time, she gave us a major highlight and an icy blue eye.
A few days ahead of the holiday festivities, the eldest Kardashian sister shared new pics of her 2018 costume, where she perfectly mimicked Ariana Grande. She nailed it, from the signature cat eye to her tell-tale high pony.
Halsey got it all the way right this year with this expertly executed Marilyn Manson look. Everything from the blazing red hair to the dramatic blue eye makeup was a win.
Union dressed up as her very own Bring It On character, Isis, for her Halloween birthday bash this year, and we're just over here trying to figure out how she looks exactly the same as she did on the big screen 20 years ago.
Red from Us might just be one of the most chilling characters we saw on screen this year, and Ellis Ross channeled the deranged Tethered so well in an episode of black-ish. We can't get over the concealed eyebrows.
Ellis Ross is a real one for sharing the trick to achieving those precise mustache strokes. "Facial hair courtesy of my @glossier Brow Flick," she wrote in an Instagram caption.
Minaj portrayed Harley Quinn for "HalloQueen" this year, and we're loving the look.
Graham didn't let her pregnant belly stop her from slaying her Halloween look as the iconic Jessica Rabbit. Aside from the curve-hugging red dress and bright wig, her bold, arched brow and purple eye shadow really sealed the deal.
Beckinsale added a modern twist to her classic Holly Golightly look by adding some glitter along her lower lash line. Very Euphoria of her.
Metz showed us a fantastic rendition of the troublemaker Beetlejuice with her green wig and bold dark eyes.
Hudgens has been giving us plenty of Halloween inspiration since the moment October struck, but we're especially into the sparkly cut crease eye makeup that accompanied her witchy hair.
Hudgens recruited long-time boyfriend Austin Butler to be the Jack to her Sally for yet another Halloween look this year.
The glittery pop of blue liner benteath her lower lashes was the perfect addition to Aiko's '70s inspired costume.
Rinna showed us that signature J. Lo glow as she emulated the singer's iconic 2000 Grammy Awards look.
Sexy nurse may not be the most out-of-the-box costume we've seen, but our eyes are trained on Cardi B's bold red lip.
Dobrev channeled Gen Z icon Billie Eilish with green roots, green nails, and sad-girl-chic eye makeup.
Shipka might play a good witch on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, but this year's Halloween look was decidedly more evil. We're very into her thick lashes and bold red lip.
