AtBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , we nerd out over keeping our dear, fashion-obsessed readers, aka you, up to date on the trends and brands to know. As we mentioned here, Copenhagen Fashion Week has become an incubator for emerging trends. We’ve covered the street style and the runway, but to get a bird’s-eye view, we tapped one of the fashion industry’s heavyweights, Net-a-Porter Retail Fashion Director Lisa Aiken, to give her the top four takeaways from the week that should be top of mind for every fashion girl. From the must-buy item you should put on your watch list to the trends to get on top of now, keep reading for Aiken’s ace insights.

“I think a lot of what we’ve seen in Copenhagen will make an appearance at the other fashion weeks, especially in New York where it’s warmer. Think tied shirts with a small amount of midriff, floaty printed dresses paired with sporty sneakers, Hawaiian shirts, and lots of polka dots. And I also predict we’ll see more of the ’90s skinny strap sandal from The Row and Neous, which everyone is channeling at the moment." — Lisa Aiken

2. Put neon socks, a leopard slip dress, and a racerback tank on your shopping list.

“Some must-buys are the neon socks seen at Holzweiler and the leopard-print slip dress at Ganni. The Ganni show in general was so impressive, from the shell jacket, which was the opening look, to all of the amazing tie-dye prints. And I’m loving the racer tanks, seen recently on the likes of Irina Lakicevic. There’s been a real return to bodies and tanks, with swimwear even being worn as bodysuits during the day. It’s certainly the beginning of the move toward tops that are more fitted and body-conscious." — Lisa Aiken

4. Rotate Birger Christensen will be the next big brand.

“Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimars’s newly launched Rotate Birger Christensen, this is their first season, and Net-a-Porter will be launching the brand exclusively for one month, so watch this space.” — Lisa Aiken

4. Keep your eye on Ganni too.

“Ganni is always one of my favorite designers at CPHFW, but it was particularly standout this season. I actually saw the collection in the showroom pre-show, and I loved it even more on the runway. It’s never a surprise, but I’m always amazed at the level of new ideas they present season after season, without fail.” — Lisa Aiken
