We chatted with Simon Spurr, denim aficionado and newly appointed global creative director at 7 for All Mankind, to fill us in on the denim trends that will hold their own this year. “Nineties looks will still be big this year—think retro mom jeans, worker denim inspired styles, and baggy and oversize denim pieces.”
“Printed, colored, and embroidered denim is still on the rise, as well as jeans with a side stripe or a noticeable cuff.”
“Asymmetrical denim will hold its own—from button details to more eccentric asymmetries like different legs or seams.”
