J.Crew Is Having a Moment RN—These Fall Pieces Should Be on Your Radar

If you haven't seen the viral TikToks,Best Knockoff Luxury Clothing stories, or social media campaigns, let me be the first to inform you that J.Crew is officially in its comeback era. I haven't been able to escape this brand for the past three months, and quite frankly, I don't want to. J.Crew has been my go-to since high school, and right now, 16-year-old me is audibly gasping at all of the cool items I've been eyeing.
The retailer has long been known for classic and elevated silhouettes that remain relevant and chic year after year. And with fall well underway, I zeroed in on its outerwear (specifically the coats) in search of a piece that could last me a lifetime. To my surprise, I ended up with 32 new tabs and 32 new reasons to give J.Crew all the praises this season. When it comes to shopping, too many options is the best problem to have, so keep scrolling for my favorite colorful coats, necessary knits, classic styles, and fabulous footwear.
If the J.Crew coat selection is telling us anything this fall, it's that dopamine dressing is here to stay. Bold shades of pink, pops of cerulean blue (which has been trending on and off the runway, by the way), and pretty pastels are dominating this fall drop. And for those of you who prefer neutrals, fear not. There's no shortage of signature styles in your classic black, white, and grey hues as well.
If it's not cozy, I don't want it. Luckily, J.Crew has the coziest knitwear to curl up in on a chilly fall night or layer with its signature outerwear. My jaw is still on the ground after seeing its selection of high-quality cashmere pieces, which are reasonably priced, by the way. J.Crew is not only giving us top-notch knits to fall in love with this season, but it's provided styling tips at the bottom of each product page, so you can plan your outfits accordingly before you even head to checkout.
I know I'm not the only one who's been turning to J.Crew for neutrals since I first started shopping for myself. Its blazers, trousers, sweaters, and jackets are the kind that you wear over and over without ever asking yourself, "How many times is too many?" The brand specializes in the staples that will see the inside of your washer and dryer more times than you can count and travel with you to every occasion. And once the temperatures drop, these are the pieces you can depend on for that chic, timeless look.
I like to keep my fall footwear on heavy rotation, and J.Crew understands the assignment. Between its square-toed ankle boots, sporty sneakers, and printed loafers, I quite literally have shoe options for every occasion. (And coming from an NYC resident with a huge fall itinerary, that's saying something.) The picks below are both on-trend and classic, so they'll earn me compliments on the street now but still feel relevant when it's time to transition to a new season.
