With Coachella, the Met Gala of festival fashion, this weekend, I think it's safe to say that festival season is well and truly upon us, and if you're anything like me, that means you're in serious need of some outfit inspiration. Dressing for festivals has often caused me a bit of a conundrum. The lack of a specific dress code means anything goes, but how do you achieve the right aesthetic without trying too hard? While a dress and heels combo is a fail-safe option for events like weddings or the races, festival attire isn’t as easily navigated.
This year, though, I'm determined to be ahead of the game and avoid the stress of not knowing what to wear. With plenty of festivals in my calendar already, I've decided to be organised and research my outfits ahead of time. So, below you'll find my carefully curated roundup of what some of the most stylish women on Instagram will be wearing to festivals, and how we can recreate the looks ourselves.
