Gigi Hadid Wore the Chicest Basics for Her 25th Birthday Today

Having a birthday right now is less than ideal because it's forcing everyone to get a little creative with their celebrations—celebrities included. Any fan of the Hadid sisters knows that they love an over-the-top birthday bash. Last year, Gigi threw a denim-themed party in NYC that was attended by the likes of Taylor Swift, Ashley Graham, Olivia Culpo, and more. This year, Gigi celebrated in a low-key way at her family's home in the country.

Holding up number 25 balloons, Gigi and Bella looked chic in denim looks (perhaps continuing the theme from last year?). The birthday girl wore an outfit that's definitely an upgrade from sweatpants but just as easy to put together. She wore a black turtleneck and sweater with high-rise, slightly baggy jeans and boots. In other words, you probably already have everything you'd need to re-create the outfit in your closet. Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as aBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
