Yes, those baggy, pocketed pants we all last wore in the early 2000s are back in a big way, and they provide a welcome vacation from jeans.
Not surprisingly, Hailey Baldwin is one of the first of likely many celebs to wear the trend long before we ring in 2019. At a Tommy Hilfiger event in Tokyo yesterday, Baldwin paired her jogger-style cargo pants with a sports bra and a plaid blazer, which added polish to the casual pants.
