Hailey Bieber Wore the Surprising Trend That's Going to Be Controversial in 2022

I have a hunch that as soon as Hailey Bieber spotted one particular trend on the runway, she made a mental note to request it from the designer (which happened to be Saint Laurent, which she's an ambassador for). The trend in question is a catsuit, which she wore to an Art Basel event in Miami this week. The second-skin jumpsuit may not be the easiest trend from the S/S 22 runways to wear, but it certainly is memorable.

So how did I come to the conclusion that catsuits are a quickly rising trend, aside from Bieber's endorsement via a floral-print number? Tiffany Hsu, fashion buying director at Mytheresa, recently shared with me for The Luxury List that "We are seeing a big catsuit trend coming our way, where Saint Laurent is definitely the pioneer to look out for."
