The Prettiest Dresses and Shoes I Can Find at M&S, Topshop and Zara

Shopping! I'm great at doing it for other people (if I do say so myself) but really quite terrible at committing to buying anything myself. Why? Probably because I spend such a great deal of time trawling stores for content, friends and family that when it comes to my own closet, I'm just a bit worn out.

Many years of experience both on and off the job means that I can spot a fantastic high-street item from 50 paces, sifting out the cheap polyester from the decent viscose dresses or instantly spotting which pairs of affordable heels will actually be comfortable.

And right now, those are my two specialties: dresses and shoes. They are my biggest weaknesses, the most present pieces in my own wardrobe, and therefore the items I spend looking at the most when checking out new-in sections or sifting through Instagram. As such, I've put some time aside to pull together the very best dress-and-shoe pairings you can buy from everyone's favourite high-street stores: Zara, Marks and Spencer and Topshop.
