Meghan Markle Just Wore the Chicest Color Palette for Her First 2020 Outfit
It's felt like an age since we last got a glimpse of Ms. Markle, but today the Duchess of Sussex made her first public appearance for 2020, and let's just say she did it in style. Visiting the Canadian Embassy in London, the royal stuck to her favorite outfit formula of a tailored coat, midi hemline, and heeled pumps, however, it was the color palette that really made us sit up and take notice.
Meghan has clearly been paying attention to our seasonal trend edits because she well and truly embraced tonal dressing (aka our favorite styling hack this winter) with her latest outfit. Opting for varying shades of muted beige and brown, the duchess got the look down to a tee—we particularly love how she paired a satin midi skirt and turtleneck, which can just be glimpsed under her coat. With its laid-back polish and style kudos, this look is one we definitely plan on re-creating for work this week. Scroll down to see what she wore and shop similar items.
