Fashion's Coolest Insiders Name the Biggest Shoe Trends for Spring
Each season, a new batch of trends arrives on the market, and this spring there are plenty of cool fashion pieces to be excited about. Yep, all of the items that we spotted on runway shows months back are finally dropping in stores. As a fashion editor, I love seeing how all of Wholesale Replica Bag trends are adopted into the closets and outfits of women off the runways—and shoes are my biggest passion point.
Interested to find out which of the new spring shoe trends the fashion set are investing in for their personal wardrobes, I asked them to name the ones that are currently sitting in their shopping carts. From the buzzy sandals that everyone will own to the controversial shoes that have some people on the fence, these are the ones they’re 100% behind. Ahead, some of fashion’s coolest insiders are breaking down the seven shoe trends they’ll be wearing on repeat this spring. Go on to see which trends made their lists and then shop their picks.
Heeled Flip-Flops
"A shoe trend I'm excited to try is heeled flip-flops. I was never a fan of flip-flop sandals until this season when Bevza and Totême inspired me. They'll be perfect for throwing on with Levi's and a white tank or silk dress this spring summer for a perfectly chic, off-duty look." — Christie Tyler
Mules
"The biggest shoe trend I am most excited to wear this season is mules. They are a classic and can be worn with any look. I prefer to invest in pieces I can wear with many items, as I feel this is a responsible approach for me." — TyLynn Nguyen
Barely There Sandals
"The influence of the '90 has brought the nearly naked, barely there sandal to the forefront for spring. With fashion's infatuation and nostalgia for the decade, the single-soled and multi-strapped is familiar yet undeniably chic. It is versatile enough to be paired with a range of outfits. As an added bonus, they give you the illusion of longer legs." — Lisa Aiken
Sport Sandals
"I love the concept of sporty sandals! I always like to be comfortable and I'm especially drawn to styles that have more of a platform." — Brittany Xavier
Colorful Sneakers
"I'm all about sneakers this season. Most of the time, my style is very street with hints of Wholesale Replica Bag trends and I try to incorporate sneakers into my outfits as much as I can. Dad shoes, classic Converses, Nikes—you name it, I'm into it." — Kristen Lam
Plastic Sandals
"This season, I love the plastic sandals! They are so fun and easy to pair with everything." — Jen Wonders
Platform Loafers
"Both of these loafers are comfortable, they have a low heel and are very 60s. A bit masculine, but with a feminine touch. You can wear them with dresses or pants." — María Bernad
