The Trendy Sneakers Our Editors Can't Stop Thinking About
It sneakers can be fleeting, but that doesn't mean we all want them any less. In my case, when I buy It shoes, I do so as early in the lifespan of the trend as possible (i.e., before everyone else buys them), and I wear them at least once a week until the season changes or the trend fades away. Relatively speaking, most sneakers are pretty affordable, too, so it's one of the trendy shoe options that we actually regret buying the least. Of all the new sneakers on the market, each of us editors has one that we simply can't get out of our heads, and we thought you might be interested in them too.
Dad sneakers continue to be all the rage, so it should come as no surprise that several of us have our eye on a pair to add to our fall and winter wardrobes, but our picks are somewhat diverse. Speaking of fall and winter, now is the perfect time to invest in a new pair, as most are equipped to help you brave the seasonal elements.

"I already loved the Nike Air Max 97s, and glitter just makes them so much better."
"There's something about this colorway that reminds me of Play-Doh—it's nostalgic in the best way possible."
"I'm no hypebae, so I may not be up on the trendiest shoes in the sneaker world, but I do love the color-block look of these crisscross-strap sneakers."
"It doesn't get trendier than tiger print right now, so these Vans classics are understandably covetable."
"The React Elements are Nike's 'hottest sneakers of the year.' That's reason enough to want them, right?"
"I love these Fila sneakers because they feel kind of retro and old-school—which, of course, is back in style now."
"I've been looking to add a pair of 'pretty' sneakers to my wardrobe, and these are at the top of the list."
"My sense of adventure when it comes to sneakers is pretty low, but I've found myself obsessed with these puffy Acne Studios sneakers. Part of me worries they might be a bit bulkier than I prefer, but most of me is saying who cares and is wondering if I should get a neutral white or a bolder color."
"I haven't tried out 'dad' sneakers for myself quite yet—but these might have to be the ones I try first."
"Does it get any cooler than Chanel sneakers? Not in my book. I'd wear these with a tailored pantsuit."
"These are wild, but I'm very into them. Since I have a feeling they might not be the most utilized sneakers in my wardrobe, I'm glad they won't cost me an arm and a leg."
