13 New Shoe Brands That Are Making Me Rethink Everything I Own
As a part of my overall approach to shopping over the years, I’ve always felt safer investing in classic, well-established brands rather than newer ones. This stemmed from a fear of making a fiscally irresponsible choice and splurging on something trendy, only to cast it aside months later. However, as a recent trip to Paris brought to light, it seems that a lot of my old ideas about fashion are ready for an upgrade. Thanks to the ever-changing landscape of the industry, and the ability for newer brands to make a mark like never before, it’s clear that it’s not just the classic fashion houses that are worth spending on; new ones can rival even the most established of brands.
This is especially true when it comes to one of my favorite categories—shoes. Whether it’s a newer brand like Alchimia di Ballin, which was launched only two years ago, or an older one like Ganni, which has only recently begun its foray into footwear, there are countless shoe collections this season that have me rethinking everything I own and wanting to try something(s) new. To see all 13 shoe brands that are on my radar right now, simply continue below.
