Okay, These No-Veil Wedding Looks Are Breathtaking
When planning a wedding, it's easy to get swept into what you "should" and "shouldn't" do, and that includes your bridal attire. Tradition says that in addition to the white dress, something blue, something borrowed, etc., you should wear a veil. But if that's not the look you're going for, by all means, go for a non-veil wedding look, and put the money toward something that feels more you. (FYI, veils can be sneakily expensive.)
When choosing my own wedding dress, one of the resources I studied was bridal designer lookbooks. It's a great way to see how dresses look with movement, as opposed to a model just standing against a backdrop. Obviously, these shoots are heavily styled, and they want the focus to be on the dresses, so that might have something to do with the following observation I made: Hardly any of the models in these lookbooks wear veils, and they still look stunning. So if you're looking for a little non-veil inspiration for your wedding-day look, this may be all you need.
