More so than anyone else, celebs were the early adopters of 2018's most cutting-edge trends, from bucket hats to baguette bags, which means they were also the first people to make like Ariana Grande and say thank you, next to their outdated pieces.

And now for our favorite topic: denim trends. Though cropped flares dominated in 2017, the style has completely vanished on both the celebrity and shopping fronts, overtaken by buzzy new loose-fit jeans.

Celebs like Priyanka Chopra who wear heels on repeat swapped their platform styles for sleeker single-sole pumps this year.
