An Actual Queen Just Wore This Lesser-Known Zara Label
We often turn to the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, for outfit inspiration and regularly check in on the Duchess of Cambridge’s latest looks, but there is a whole set of other royals worldwide who are equally as stylish. Enter, Queen Letizia, the Spanish monarch who deserves just as much attention for her savvy sartorial choices and ability to spot gems on the high street.
Queen Letizia has developed quite the reputation as a fashionable royal, as she is often spotted in chic shift dresses and sought-after tailored looks while on royal tours. Though, one of our favourite aspects of Letizia’s wardrobe is that she regularly wears affordable items that can be found at Zara and its sister labels.
Proving our point, this week on an official visit to Cuba, Queen Letizia wore a £200 houndstooth blazer by high-street label Uterqüe. This Spanish brand is the lesser-known sister label to Inditex’s Zara, and while there are no stores in the UK just yet, it is available to shop online. The blazer comes with a matching miniskirt, but Queen Letizia kept the rest of her outfit relatively simple, choosing to pair the blazer with a black roll-neck, tailored trousers and black pumps.
