Selena Gomez just had a whirlwind press day in London, with a total of four outfit changes in a matter of hours. And one look, in particular, caught our eye, thanks in part to her choice of footwear. She started her very stylish Monday with a blue off-the-shoulder (still a thing, apparently) minidress by Cushnie et Ochs.
