Instagram Is in Agreement: You Need This Affordable French Knit
Considering the fact jumpers are now featured in 95% of our outfits, it's little wonder we're experiencing some knitwear fatigue. That's not to say that we don't still the love the sweaters that have served us well over the past few years, but to keep the spark alive, we've been considering investing in a new statement knit in the hope it'll freshen up our current uniform of jumpers, jeans and ankle boots. Well, it just so happens that we've clocked a gorgeous knit that somehow manages to make a big sartorial impact while being utterly timeless.
Upon seeing We the People Style's Jessie Bush wearing a caramel-and-cream chevron knit of the chicest variety, we expected it to have a high price point to match. Fortunately, we were proven wrong when we discovered it's actually from one of our favourite French brands: Sézane.
We've long been charmed by Sézane's dresses, but this season, knitwear is easily its star performer. In our opinion, Jessie's jumper—which we'd soon learn also comes in pink—is the most special. As is usually the way with these things, we've now started to notice other stylish women wearing the pullover in a plethora of ways, only serving as proof of its versatility.
At £95, it's slightly more expensive than the styles you'll find on the high street, but with its luxurious blend of mohair and wool, it's significantly more affordable than the designer iterations that offer the same quality. Convinced? We thought you would be. Keep scrolling to shop Sézane's chevron knit, and then feast your eyes on the other graphic knitwear autumn/winter 2018 has to offer…
