For a recent outing, model and fashion icon Sofia Richie traded in her signature cool-girl hoodies for a more sleek, sophisticated statement piece that is, as expected, selling out quite quickly. 

Richie stepped out in a monochromic black ensemble, which consisted of two investment pieces from Elizabeth and James. She opted for plunging coat dress, which she combined with a pair of sleek, high-waisted pants that, while stunning on their own, work incredibly well together. 

What we're really drawn to about this look is the versatility of Richie's coat dress and the multitude of ways we can picture someone wearing it. The two-way zip and center front slit allows this piece to work as both a midi-length dress or as a long overcoat—hence the product name, Coat Dress.
