Mother's Day was especially sweet this year for actress Taraji P. Henson. The Empire star got engaged to boyfriend and former NFL player Kelvin Hayden. Henson shared the news on Instagram, posting an adorable close-up of the huge ring (along with congratulatory dessert—can't complain about that!).
Taraji first shared a photo earlier in the day when Hayden gifted her a Cartier Love bracelet. But Hayden had one more Mother's Day surprise up his sleeve, later getting down on one knee with the ring, featuring a stunning round diamond and a rose-gold band. The duo went public with their two-year relationship in December, and now we're waiting with bated breath for what we can only imagine will be a gorgeous wedding.
