Taylor Swift Wore a Cozy Free People Dress With Designer It Boots
Taylor Swift attended a Madonna concert in NYC last night and wore a cozy-looking Free People dress with trendy ankle boots for the occasion. Now that we're knee-deep in ankle-boot season and the end is nowhere in sight, I'm looking to amass as much outfit inspiration with the standby boots as I can manage. So thank you, Taylor Swift. This look is my next outfit goal. She chose a sweaterdress from Free People that looks insanely comfortable and paired it with epic lace-up ankle boots (a major fall shoe trend, mind you) from Prada, and the whole ensemble nailed everything I love about fall fashion.
I'm very fond of the lace-up-boot trend and added several pairs to my arsenal for fall, so I'm thrilled to test Swift's outfit idea at my earliest convenience. The good news is that a luxurious pair like hers isn't crucial. You can easily achieve the same look with affordable options from boot brands such as Jeffrey Campbell and Dr. Martens, and the same goes for her dress. It hardly needs an explanation as to why a sweaterdress is an ideal item to wear this time of year. (Hello, sweater weather.) Simply scroll down to let T.Swift prove how powerful this outfit combo is, and then shop the look if you're so inclined.
