Maybe it's just me, but every time the season changes, I become a completely different person. I can go from ultra feminine and preppy to dark and edgy in a matter of weeks. Although my outfits always depend on my mood regardless of the weather that day, the aesthetic that I adopt for three to four months at a time is generally based on the current season's vibes. This past summer, if I wasn't color-blocking or wearing a new print, I didn't feel like I was embodying the main-character role I was auditioning for (in my head, of course). Now that it's fall, I'm into simplistic pieces that also make a statement (a more relaxed retro aesthetic), and Urban Outfitters definitely understood the assignment. It didn't take me very long to mentally curate a fall 'fit after seeing the retailer's classic flannels, corduroy pants, and loose cardigans. Ready to reinvent yourself this season? Allow me to introduce you to the perfect pieces below.
