"Tuxedo Nails" Is the Surprising Nail Trend Every Minimalist Will Love

There are so many fun, colourful nail trends out there at the moment, from lavender nails to Barbie nail designs and more. That being said, if you're more of a minimalist, then you might be looking for something a little simpler to try this summer. If that's the case, you're in luck, as Wholesale Replica Bag trend to take over the internet is as chic as can be. Say hello to "tuxedo nails".
When I first heard this term, I was really unsure (read: concerned) about what this nail design would look like. However, after doing some research, it's safe to say that I'm into it. I came across the trend on Tom Bachik's Instagram account. Bachik is a nail artist to the stars, and at the end of July he shared a picture of a tuxedo nail design which was inspired by one of his celebrity clients, Jennifer Lopez.
He posted a picture of a glossy black nail with a thick, white French tip next to a picture of J.Lo posing in a black-and-white swimsuit, captioning the pic: "Nail Muse @jlo [heart emojis] Iconic Tuxedo #nails #nailsbytombachik".
He later shared a picture of Camila Cabello wearing "French tuxedo nails", in which half of the nail had a classic white French tip, and the other half was painted a glossy black shade.
The fun thing about this trend is that you can really make it your own. Much like a tuxedo, the trend focuses on using black and white colours in a contrasting fashion with minimal nail art for a sophisticated finish. So, if you're more of a monochrome mani kind of person, then this is definitely the nail trend for you. Keep on scrolling for lots of my favourite tuxedo-themed nail designs for you to try this summer and beyond…

As I said, you can really make this trend your own, and I love this fun tuxedo-themed take on the French manicure.
If you don't want a super stark contrast, why not opt for a milky white base and a glossy black polish on top?

These subtle, thin black tips are gorgeous on a milky pink-white base.
I adore this half-and-half design.
If you're not into harsh lines, give this swirl nail art a go.
