You'll often find Gigi Hadid in skinny jeans or high-waisted jeans, with an occasional cameo by a pair of looser-fitting jeans, but she just stepped out in New York wearing something a bit different: flared jeans. And they happen to be the perfect jeans to wear with sneakers. Hadid paired her go-to Reebok sneakers with flares that slit at the bottom, which helped them fall perfectly over her slightly clunky sneakers. Will this be the new It style of jeans to wear with sneakers? Does Hadid have that power? It's entirely possible (and I believe she does). To complete her jean-and-sneaker look, Hadid wore a $25 crop top (which is restocking soon!) from editor-favorite brand Aritzia.
Given that fall is on the horizon, I think that we'll all soon be focused on finding fresh denim trends to try and pieces to wear with sneakers besides shorts and dresses.
