Zandra Rhodes dresses have had some major fashion moments over the years—they've been worn by supermodels, royalty, and scores of others. Now, the designer is taking inspiration from her own iconic archives for an exclusive capsule collection with MatchesFashion.com. Launching tomorrow, the collaboration consists of 10 reimagined Zandra Rhodes dresses from the '60s, '70s, and '80s, including an off-the-shoulder pink dress that Princess Diana wore in Kyoto in 1986 and a dress worn by Pat Cleveland at Studio 54 in 1977.
"As a woman I understand that we look all round us for influences, the past, present and future are woven into the fabric of all of our choices," Rhodes said in a statement. "My historical archive has been a catalyst for many other designers, however now is the right time to present a collection of dresses that have stood the test of time to become truly iconic."
