Zendaya's New Louis Vuitton Campaign Is About to Go Viral in 3, 2, 1

Remember when Zendaya wore zebra-print hot pants to the Louis Vuitton show during Paris Fashion Week last month? As it turns out, her front-row appearance indicated big news yet to come as Louis Vuitton has just announced her as its newest house ambassador. Sounds like a match made in fashion heaven to me.

Zendaya's new Louis Vuitton campaign was shot in the South of France by Mert and Marcus. In keeping with Nicolas Ghesquière's love affair with architecture, the campaign was shot at a striking, modernist home designed by Eileen Gray.

"Defined by the dreamy airs of the Cote d'Azur, Zendaya poses in an idyllic sequence of strong, defined images, with a series of Capucines models in tow, including a miniature Capucines BB—another campaign first," a press release from the brand states. "From terrace to balcony to rooftop, the award-winning actress imbues the campaign and Capucines with a fresh yet sensual grace."

Erin got her start as aBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
