The New It Bag That's About to Cause a Frenzy in Hollywood

Name a power duo better than Cate Blanchett and Alexander McQueen. We'll wait. The actress can't stop wearing the brand's beautiful new Pin Bag ($2980), which is destined for It-bag status, and we have a feeling it's only a matter of time before the rest of Hollywood catches on.

"The new arrival references the layered silhouettes seen in this season's ready-to-wear collection," the brand explained in a press release. "Crafted in sleek leather, the neat cross-body purse features a timeless chain shoulder strap and a distinctive triangular opening."

Plus, the brand added a charming finishing touch that makes the bag even more covetable: "Each bag is embellished with a decorative jeweled pin finished with a sparkling butterfly, beetle, or spider in crystal and pearl," the brand stated. How cute is that? Scroll down to see how Blanchett has styled the bag and shop it for yourself.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as aBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
