Whilst I'm not usually one to hold out for Boxing Day discounts, as a beauty editor, I'd be lying if I didn't say that the winter perfume deals were seriously good this year. After browsing some of my favourite websites to shop for the very best scents, I was shocked to see brands such as Glossier, YSL and Burberry on sale.
Whether you're looking for a special fragrance to spritz into the new year or are simply curious to know if that luxury perfume you've had your eye on has finally been discounted, now certainly seems like a good time to treat yourself when there are incredible savings to be had.
I've spent the past few days scrolling through some of the biggest beauty retailers to handpick the best winter perfume deals in the Boxing Day sales, straight from a fragrance-obsessed editor. I've tried lots of the scents below, and can confirm that they are worth every single penny. So, what are you waiting for? Keep on scrolling for my edit of the best winter perfume deals to shop this December.

1. Tom Ford Ombré Leather
Key notes: Cardamom, jasmine, leather, amber, patchouli, moss
A full-size Tom Ford perfume in the Boxing Day sales? Don't mind if I do. Ombré Leather is one of my favourite fragrances from the brand, with notes of leather, jasmine and amber. The warm, sophisticated scent is ideal for this time of year. Plus, with over £30 off, now is the perfect time to treat yourself.
2. Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Milk
Key notes: Creamy milk accord, frangipani, peony rose, bourbon vanilla bean, Madagascar vanilla bean extract, upcycled cocoa shell extract, benzoin resinoid, amyris, sandalwood, musk
Possibly one of the best and most sophisticated vanilla perfumes on the market. Ellis Brooklyn's scent is a sweet, milky delight, with a warm, almost woody base that settles on the skin all day long.
3. Burberry Her Elixir
Key notes: Strawberry accord, blackberry accord, jasmine accord, vanilla, amber, sandalwood
Speaking of gourmand perfumes, you can currently shop Burberry Her Elixir with over £40 off. The original scent is one of my most complimented fragrances, featuring a heart of ripe, juicy berries blended with sophisticated florals. However, the only downside is that it doesn't last very long, but this intense iteration is sure to make an impact.
4. Parfums de Marly Valaya
Key notes: Bergamot, mandarin, white peach, orange flower, nympheal, vetiver, akigalawood, ambrofix, musk
Undoubtedly, Valaya is one of the best perfumes of the year, and I'm shocked to see it in the Boxing Day sales. It's the most ethereal, floral scent with smooth white petals, fuzzy peach skin and a hint of musk that make it utterly addictive. It's a total compliment-magnet.
5. Yves Saint Laurent Libre
Key notes: Tangerine, neroli, lavender, jasmine sambac, orange blossom, white musks, vanilla extract
Possibly one of the most iconic perfumes of the past six years, I'm yet to meet anyone who hasn't fallen head over heels for YSL Libre. An intoxicating blend of orange blossom, lavender and vanilla, now is the time to try this trending scent, with 15% off.
6. D.S. Durga I Don't Know What
Key notes: Iso E Super, bergamot, vetiver, sandalwood
This perfume enhancer is unlike anything else. It has a transparent quality to it that creates a halo of scent—kind of like you're not wearing perfume at all. It's down to the note of Iso E Super, which is amazing when worn alone or layered with other perfumes to enhance the projection.
7. Glossier You Fleur Duo
Key notes: Mineral salt, apricot skin, cashmeran, osmanthus, ylang ylang, ambrox
Fancy treating yourself to a belated Christmas gift? This set comes with a full-size bottle of Glossier You Fleur (the sister scent to the original Glossier You) alongside a handy travel spray to top up your scent on the go. The creamy, floral fragrance is my go-to for everyday wear.
8. Maison Margiela Replica Limited Edition Discovery Gift Set
Perfume discovery sets are the perfect way to try a few different fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle of your favourite, and this is a seriously good deal that I've found in the sale. It contains six of Maison Margiela Replica's fragrances in 10ml vials, including Lazy Sunday Morning, Jazz Club, On a Date, By the Fireplace, Never-Ending Summer and Afternoon Delight.
9. Liberty LBTY. Fragrance Zephirine
Key notes: Fig, cypress, clove, rose centifolia, patchouli, benzoin, suede, vetiver, cedarwood
I've written all about my love for Liberty's LBTY Zephirine perfume, so I was delighted to see it in the Boxing Day sales. This wintery scent is fresh, woody and totally invigorating, with notes of fig, cypress and cedarwood. It's also one of the most expensive-smelling perfumes I own.
10. Dior Miss Dior
Key notes: Centifolia rose, lily-of-the-valley, peony, powdery iris, soft woods
From one intoxicating scent to another, Dior's Miss Dior is my go-to in the spring and summer. It's a sparkling, floral, creamy delight that lifts my mood after just one spritz.
11. Hermès Tutti Twilly D'Hermès
Key notes: Ginger blossom, lychee, musk
I've been wanting to try this Hermès perfume for a while now, so you can imagine my delight when I saw it on sale at Cult Beauty. It sounds like a fruity floral delight, with notes of ginger blossom and lychee taking centre stage.
12. Chloé Atelier des Fleurs Chêne
Key notes: Oak leaves, bay leaves, oak wood, cedar, sandalwood
Green, earthy and woody, this Chloé perfume is a delight for the senses. It manages to be both fresh and heady all at once, with a base of cedar and sandalwood settling on the skin like a warm embrace.
13. Lancôme La Vie Est Belle
Key notes: Magnolia, pear, blackberry, orange flower, jasmine sambac, patchouli essence
This is one of those perfumes that I know will remain in my collection for years to come. I reach for it every time I don't know what scent to wear, as it never fails to put a smile on my face. It's sweet, floral and fruity, and one spritz practically sparkles on the skin. It's the kind of scent that I recommend to absolutely everyone I know, especially when there's an impressive £40 off a 150ml bottle.
