Here’s How to Transition Your Cropped Sweaters Into Winter
The official start of winter is only two days away (oh, how time flies!), but the frigid temperatures have already set in. For many, this means swapping our midriff-baring sweaters (or shirts) for oversize versions that provide
more warmth and coverage. But Bella Hadid's latest looked offered up a genius styling trick for transitioning your favorite crop top into the cold weather months—and we're copying it ASAP.
The model was seen out in New York City sporting a beige turtleneck cropped sweater, which she made winter-appropriate by wearing over a tight-fitting white bodysuit for more warmth and dimension. She styled the sweater with a pair of light-wash mom jeans and her go-to shoes: sneakers. Rounding out her casual-cool ensemble was a silver Hermés Birkin bag that added a sophisticated element to her outfit.
Wearing a look that's equal parts cool and cozy, Bella proved that those midriff-baring pieces aren't only reserved for the warm-weather months. With the simple addition of a bodysuit (or any shirt, for that matter) you can wear your favorite cropped pieces year-round. Thanks for the tip, Bella!
