8 Editors on Their Most Satisfying Amazon Buys of 2019 (So Far)
From "boring” staples to trending items and the absolute best under-$100 fashion and beauty essentials—we love covering all the fantastic finds we unearth from the the depths of Amazon here onBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing . Just one look at my orders history and you can see that I buy more items from Amazon more than any other retailer (in part, thanks to 2 day-shipping and the plethora of products readily available...plus they just make it so darn easy!). But there are certain Amazon items that I’ve bought this year that I’m particularly ecstatic about and felt the urge to share today (read—my crazy soft Barefoot Dreams cardigan, and Ken Gen Do cleansing wipes). Curious to see what my fellow editors most satisfying Amazon purchases have been this year so far, I asked them to share the products they’re most ecstatic about purchasing. Scroll below as they share their favorite Amazon buys.
"I just started wearing compression socks while I work (I work from home, so I sit at a computer for hours every day), and I honestly don't know what I was waiting for. My calf muscles don't get swollen when I wear them, and I'm hopeful that they'll help to prevent spider veins. Comrad makes the most stylish pairs I've seen."
"I still can't get over how good the quality of this $12 anklet is. I've been pairing it with my other anklets, and it's the perfect sparkly complement."
"Once you start using packing cubes for travel, you'll never go back. This set has a great variety of sizes, and I love the way the neutral cream ones look in my suitcase."
"I use this face mist way too much. I have both the rose and the cucumber green tea versions and love them both equally. During the day, a quick spritz makes my skin feel rehydrated and fresh, but I also use it after I apply my makeup to lightly set it and give me that natural dewy look."
"I bought this T-shirt after our editor Judith featured it in a story (surprise, surprise) because I'm somehow always in need of more white T-shirts and I couldn't resist the $5 price tag. Admittedly, I wasn't expecting much for how cheap it was, but the quality and fit really surprised me, and I've grown to prioritize it over some of my other more expensive tees. The real selling point for me though? Realizing that the thick material wasn't about to let anything see through it."
"I ordered this cropped cardi in the midst of the cardigan craze earlier this year, and it's a wardrobe basic I'm so happy I added to my closet. I usually wear it either buttoned up as a top with some high-waisted jeans or worn open of a slip dress in lieu of a jacket. Trending or not, I'd definitely buy this little cardi again."
"I picked up this fun anklet right before I headed out on a trip to Hawaii, and although it's not the kind of jewelry item that will get much more airtime once the summer comes to a close, I'm content to wear it will all my dresses and jean shorts for the foreseeable future."
"These hangers are extra-narrow, so they're perfect for anyone looking to maximize their closet space (aka me)."
"I can't live without this Bioderma micellar water. It takes off every trace of makeup with a cotton pad and doesn't require any water. It used to only be available overseas, but now it can be delivered straight to your door through Amazon."
"I got this round brush last month and I think it has made blow drying my hair at least 30% faster. I’m not even sure why, but something about it really smoothes the hair out at first pass so you don’t have to brush sections over and over again. It’s also vented, which helps hair dry faster. Seriously, guys, it’s amazing."
"I was #influenced by our editor in chief, Kat Collings, who says that this is her favorite aluminum-free deodorant. After years of thinking of making the switch, I finally decided to go natural with my deodorant. I'm pleased with the results of this one and have already re-purchased it twice."
"I love these Hum Nutrition vitamins because they're insanely good tasting but also have ingredients like biotin and zinc that are known to help your hair grow stronger, which I desperately need."
I bought these white Supergas at the beginning of the year and have worn them practically every weekend since. They're super comfortable, perfect for traveling, and look cool with floral midi dresses, denim shorts, and jeans alike. They also happen to be a favorite of Kate Middleton.
I used to use generic drugstore wipes to cleanse my face, but after trying these Koh Gen Do spa cleansing wipes at the beginning of the year, I'll never go back. They are luxurious feeling, gentle, and hydrating, yet they remove even the toughest waterproof mascara. I always carry a pack in my bag wherever I go—and they're the perfect travel size.
For all the peeps who love lounging in seriously cozy clothes, this one's for you. If you don't know the brand Barefoot Dreams yet, your life is about to change. It has the absolute softest and cushiest lounge clothes out there—you'll never want to stop snuggling up in them. Also, after just having a baby, I think they are the best pieces to wear to cozy up with your little bundle of joy. This cardigan is particularly chic as you can wear it with jeans and sweatpants alike.
I wear Calvin Klein's soft and comfortable cotton bras practically every day. They are seamless underneath shirts and so easy to wear.
"These leggings are so supremely affordable that I almost feel like I owe the company money, because I have gotten way more than $12 worth of enjoyment out of them. They are almost suspiciously soft; I was not aware leggings could be that comfortable! They're not a performance legging for working out, but for the running errands and lounging around category, you really can't beat this pair."
