I know I'm not the only one who finds it very hard to work out when it's cold outside. And I'm not talking about doing a run in the park—it can be hard to get of bed and in your workout gear to head to an indoor studio class or gym. And even now when most of my sweat sessions are at home, it's still hard for me to find that motivation to leave my comfy and warm bed, or my cozy spot on the couch. Does anyone feel the same way?
If you're finding that the motivation doesn't come easily these days, or that you're feeling so uncomfortable during outdoor workouts because you're freezing your butt off, it might be time to invest in the best cold-weather workout clothes. A new piece of activewear always gives me a burst of excitement for my workouts because I want to test it out and show it off. Plus, something warm and cozy will make the cold weather so much more bearable.
