I know I'm not the only one who finds it very hard to work out when it's cold outside. And I'm not talking about doing a run in the park—it can be hard to get of bed and in your workout gear to head to an indoor studio class or gym. And even now when most of my sweat sessions are at home, it's still hard for me to find that motivation to leave my comfy and warm bed, or my cozy spot on the couch. Does anyone feel the same way?
