Come this time of year, we start thinking about Christmas party dresses and which events we're going to be making an effort for. While in the summer we had weddings to think about, now it's all about festive 'dos, and that means more dresses. But what if you're bored of frocks and want something a little different? Well, you've come to the right place for some alternative styling tricks.
Thanks to this week's best dressed A-listers, we've discovered that dresses, or at least the more traditional winter looks, aren't so much on the celeb sartorial agenda. Instead, we've spotted that many stars are opting for a skirt and top combo, plus a loose-fitting blazer, or a crop top and trousers look, or even a white shirt with a fitted corset (we're looking at you Gigi Hadid).
