H&M Went and Made the Most Expensive-Looking $80 Boots I've Ever Seen

When it comes to H&M shoes (or anything at H&M), my motto will always be act fast. The prices are so insanely low, even on the genuine-leather pairs, that they often sell out in the blink of an eye. The same is likely to happen with a pair I spotted among the brand's new arrivals today.

As you've probably heard, knee boots are the shoe trend of the season, with basically every brand releasing multiple iterations of the trend as of late. H&M's newest knee boots look so expensive I had to stop what I was doing to investigate when I came across them. The boots feature a wide shaft with a stiletto (but not too high) heel, and a pointed toe. Perhaps the best part is that they're a mere $80.

The boots come in a chic brown crocodile-embossed version and a black suede version. While the croc style is nearly sold out, the black is still almost fully stocked as of now (and we can all find a use for a new pair of black boots, right?). The fact that they're are made of faux leather certainly keeps the cost down, but I honestly can't tell—especially with the black pair. (See how they hold their own against the over-$1k Jacquemus ones pictured above?)
