Ever since moving to New York and becoming a full-time fashion editor, there have been a few staple brands I rely on time and again to make sure my new seasonally appropriate wardrobe is chic enough for my lifestyle without costing me an arm and a leg. At the top of my list, you ask? Madewell.

As the younger, cooler sister to J.Crew, Madewell's slew of trendier classics are usually calling my name year-round as a Gen Z editor. But let's be honest. The retailer especially shines come fall

After taking a sneak peek at Madewell's fall 2023 collection earlier this summer, I've been anxiously counting down the days until it arrives on the website and I have to (figuratively) fight to get the pieces I want, knowing that they'll surely sell out after TikTok gets ahold of them.

While the majority of the collection's color palette serves as the perfect backdrop for apple picking or cider-donut hunting filled with muted reds, mochas, greens, and oranges, autumnal silhouettes like cardigans, leather jackets, and straight-leg jeans are where Madewell really finds its stride. The minute I stepped into the office and showed theBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing editors the pictures I took from the fall sneak peek, we all collectively decided that Madewell has never looked better than this.

Below, shop 32 items from the Madewell fall collection that I simply couldn't stop thinking about after I saw them for the first time. Act fast if there's something pretty that catches your eye. Knowing me, I'll probably sell out all of these myself.
