2021 Is the Year of Shearling, so I Found 28 Stylish Pieces for You
A winter without shearling simply doesn't feel like winter at all, but it'd be no exaggeration to say this year has seen the cozy material skyrocket to new heights. Twenty twenty-one will likely go down as the year shearling dominated the scene with brands like Bottega Veneta, Jacquemus, Miu Miu, and more featuring it heavily on everything from skirts to coats. But the frenzy hasn't stopped there—shearling accessories have also popped up virtually everywhere you can think of, the most talked-about of which being Telfar and Ugg's latest collaboration.
If staying as cozy as humanly possible is your primary objective this season, investing in a shearling piece (or two) would be a smart decision. There's a lot of options out there, so to help you out, I sorted through them all. Below, you'll find the shearling bags, shoes, and coats that are so good I've already sent them to my group chats. Also, a suggestion: Any of these would make a great gift.
A minty-fresh shade of green is always the answer.
Since great coats tend to sell out pretty fast on H&M, don't expect this to stay in stock for long.
The cool part about this jacket is that it's reversible.
This collaboration is all my timeline can talk about, which means you should probably get this too.
Some advice? Buy the matching skirt. Virtually any type of footwear will work with this.
After noticing fluffy hats on my friends, I've been feeling more and more compelled to buy one.
Currently resisting the urge to not reach through the screen and caress this bag.
Less fluffy than a traditional teddy coat, this is the "cool girl" way to embrace shearling.
When I close my eyes and envision the perfect winter piece, this ACNE Studios jacket immediately comes to mind.
Style this with sweatpants and a white tee for an easy weekend look.
