These Black Friday and Cyber Monday Wellness Deals Are 100% Worth It
It's that time of year when the deals are everywhere and the pressure is on to get the best gifts for your friends and family and maybe check off some items on your personal wish list. The number of deals can be so incredibly overwhelming. I know I always have tons of tabs open on my phone and laptop trying to stay organized and focused on what I really need and want, but I also get distracted by other buys.
If you get pulled in so many different directions on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I made it a little easier for us this year by compiling a list of some of the noteworthy wellness deals out there. These are the ones that, in my opinion, you do not want to miss. And it's not just activewear and fitness gear here—you'll also find supplements, home finds, and self-care options, too. Take a look.
Activewear
Lululemon has some great finds for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, from women's activewear to accessories. The Wunder Under Tights are designed for yoga and are a total classic. You can easily move through your poses in these and still feel supported and comfortable. The fabric is stretchy, breathable, and sweat wicking.
Girlfriend Collective is always a favorite here because of its sustainable approach to activewear. This Black Friday, you can expect so many discounts on everything, including leggings. (Did we mention they're made from recycled water bottles?)
You always know you're going to get some quality stuff when you shop Athleta. Plus, its activewear pieces are just so darn comfy. This zip-front sports bra is on my wish list. You can put it on and take it off so easily, and it's got a big cutout in the back for breathability.
You can't forget about Outdoor Voices when shopping for activewear. This medium-support sports bra is lightweight and has a breathable mesh racerback.
Both THE/THIRTY editors and readers love Zella leggings. That's because they're stretchy, comfortable, durable, and supportive—basically everything you want in a pair! These have a cool moto-inspired detail, moisture-wicking fabric, and a no-slip waistband.
Fitness Gear
Ankle or wrist weights never looked more stylish—these might even pass as interesting jewelry. You can add these one-pound bangles to your next workout for a little bit more of a challenge.
You're probably going to need a mat, even if you're not planning on doing yoga. Use it for floor exercises or strength training.
Sliders are my most hated piece of fitness gear because I find them so difficult. I know they're good for so many things, especially my core, but I curse the instructor every time I have to use them. Anyways, sliders are good to have for your at-home gym for various types of moves, and they have the added bonus of not taking up any space at all.
You might be ready to upgrade your home gym with some serious equipment. The Schwinn bike comes with an LCD screen, three-pound weights, and a Bluetooth-enabled heart rate armband. It's compatible with the Peloton and Zwift apps.
An exercise ball has many uses, and it's not just for core and stability exercises. You can also use it as an office chair to improve your posture or to relieve back pain and stretch your body.
Supplements
Hum Nutrition is having a big sale right now—you can save up to 50% off sitewide, so you're going to want to stock up. Editor favorites include the Hair Sweet Hair gummies (for stronger and longer hair), Mighty Night (for skin renewal), and Here Comes the Sun (everyone needs Vitamin D!).
Everything at The Nue Co is 30% off right now. The brand has a wide variety of supplements for different needs, whether you want to reduce your stress, get better sleep, improve your gut bacteria, or boost your metabolism.
A multivitamin is a good place to start if you're looking to add some supplements into your wellness routine. These are made from raw whole foods and contain probiotics, folate, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins A, C, D3, E, and B complex. It's recommended that you chat with your healthcare provider before taking any new products.
A vitamin B complex supplement can boost your immunity, energy, and metabolism. This one contains vitamins B12 and B6, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and folic acid. It's vegan and gluten-free.
If you're struggling with stress and focusing on your work, this daily supplement can help. It contains ingredients like ashwagandha, shatavari root extract, rhodiola, and amla to reduce fatigue, boost energy and mood, and protect from oxidative stress.
Home Goods
Use the power of aromatherapy to help with stress, energy levels, sleep, and more. A diffuser will make it so much easier—just add a couple of drops of your favorite essential oils and let them work their magic.
The Instant Pot just makes it so easy to prep and plan delicious and healthy meals. You can cook just about anything inside, from soups and stews to rice and even yogurt.
I am in need of a new vacuum, but I've been holding off on buying anything until Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Because of the wait, I've never been so excited to buy a vacuum in my life. The Roomba pretty much does it all for you—the most work you'll have to do is schedule cleanings.
As the weather gets colder, now might be the perfect time to invest in some new bedding. Parachute's Percale Sheets are lightweight and crisp, so you can use them year-round. You're going to want to stay in bed all day once you put them on your bed.
The It throw blanket of 2020? Anything from Barefoot Dreams. The super-soft blankets are beloved by celebs, and they're just right for cozy moments on the couch.

Hannah Bronfman collaborated with Highline Wellness on this soothing CBD Bath Bomb. It's formulated to relieve stress and restore skin thanks to essential oils, minerals, and botanicals.
