So Many Celebrities Love This Affordable Sustainable Brand
When it comes to sustainable fashion, no brand does it quite like Pangaia. What started as a materials science company researching and developing the newest innovations in sustainable textiles for the fashion industry soon launched their own line - and they haven't slowed down since. From J.Lo to Tracee Ellis Ross to Sarah Jessica Parker, celebrities have stepped out in Pangaia's iconic tracksuits, bold coloured blazers that often sell out and sleek sustainable accessories. Better still, they've just released their new collection.
Everything you need to know about Pangaia is in the name: Pan meaning all-inclusive, Gaia meaning mother earth. The brand consists of scientists, technologists and designers that combine their skills to create innovative technology and bio-engineered materials, all amalgamating to form a sustainable brand that's loved by celebrities and the fashion set alike.
Tracee Ellis Ross wears the matcha green limited edition trackpants and sweatshirt. Shop the similar sweatshirt and trackpants.
More than a fashion brand, Pangaia is a treasure trove of information. With the environment at the core of it, Pangaia openly shares its contribution to protecting the environment, along with plenty of information (and even a glossary if you're looking to expand your sustainable understanding). With each purchase, the brand promises to plant, protect or restore a tree, which has allowed them to reach a milestone of planting, protecting and restoring over 1 million trees through the Tomorrow Tree Fund.
If there's one thing Pangaia doesn't shy away from it's colour, and its become an aspect of the brand that makes it so recognisable. Name a palette, and they probably have it, although with new seasons we're given new core colours to suit the changing mood. For their new release, their classic tracksuits are dyed using natural food dyes and an innovative dying technology which pulverises textile leftovers to create soft pastel tones.
The most recent release is a capsule collection between Pangaia and painter Kenny Scharf, in celebration of the brand planting over 1 million trees. Each product in the capsule has a unique quote about the importance of trees. Along with this capsule, Pangaia's new-in section has everything for a sleek autumn wardrobe. Not only does it offer up its signature loungewear, but you'll find jeans, trench coats, classic stripes and so much more. The new collection can serve as its own capsule wardrobe, and of course everything is made with the planet in mind. Keep scrolling to see celebrities wearing Pangaia, and shop the new collection.
