The colder weather, shorter days and longer nights have had me luxuriating in all things cozy and comfy—from knit dresses to cushy sweatpants and soft sweaters—most of which I picked up at none other than… drumroll please, Amazon. Yep, in the last few months, I’ve snagged a handful of unexpectedly cool fashion items from the mega-retailer that I have literally been wearing non-stop this cold-weather season. (They've also garnered plenty of likes on Instagram too). While many of these items are simple basics, they are definitely winners in the sartorial department. They’ve kept me warm, they're comfortable and look seriously cool. Scroll, below as I share five of my favorite cozy and comfy Amazon buys that are getting me through the season in style—and shop the pieces I currently have my eye on.
I was looking for a ribbed knit winter dress to keep me warm and chic this season and I was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious looking this one was IRL. I gravitated towards it because the reviews were insanely good—and it certainly does not disappoint. It's stretchy, warm, and comfy—and no-one would ever guess it's under $35 from Amazon.

Shearling coats have been trending hard this season—and I immediately got on board in this cushy longline jacket which I've been throwing on with everything from jeans to sweats. It's flattering and the inner lining is seriously soft.

I am obsessed with this wonderfully soft and cozy sweater. It's the kind of knit you just want to snuggle up in all day. It's made of a thicker, lovely quality fabric—ideal for cooler temps—and has a relaxed fit which makes it really easy and comfortable to wear.

If you're looking for easy-to-throw-on sweats that are comfortable and don't cost a fortune, then this Hanes pair is a great choice. I've been living in mine this season at home. Just a note they do run large but shrink a little in the wash.
