It’s the new year, so goal-setting and resolutions are on my mind. One goal that I think we should all set is to prioritize self-care, and after chatting with Emma Heming Willis and Helen Christoni, the co-founders of Make Time Wellness, I’m more inspired than ever to do just that.

For Heming Willis, it all started when she began experiencing brain fog after becoming a mom. She sought help from a doctor, made the recommended lifestyle changes to optimize her brain health, and even started a complicated supplement regimen—which she quickly realized wasn’t sustainable. "I couldn’t find an all-in-one solution for women that would take care of their brain, body, and beauty. Everything was a pill or too complicated,” she says. "I said to my co-founder, Helen, that I wished I could take all these supplements and turn them into a drink, and that’s how Make Time Wellness was born.”

Make Time Wellness's delicious fruit-flavored drink powders and gummies are made with natural ingredients to support your overall wellness and beauty and boost your mood, focus, energy, and clarity. Plus, a portion of the proceeds from each purchase is donated to Hilarity for Charity, an organization that leads brain health research and education.

So how do these two multi-hyphenates make time for themselves while leading such busy lives? "I’m a career girl, so I fall into working constantly," Christoni says. "However, it’s hard to be creative and effective if you don’t give yourself the time to recharge your batteries.” Amen. Heming Willis also has a tip: "I’ve turned the term ‘self-care’ into the question, ‘What will I make time for today?’ I schedule something in my calendar where I can unplug and do something for myself.” Curious about what products they reach for in their routines? Keep reading to see their wellness and beauty must-haves, including Heming Willis’s favorite coconut body cream and the famed moisturizer Christoni has been using for 20 years.
