Current political climate aside, the fashion, especially in Amsterdam and Scandinavian capitals like Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm, is another major reason I am yearning to head abroad.

Cool dresses and European It girls go hand in hand in my book. Whether it's a simple dress or one in a vibrant color or standout print, they are bound to be painfully cool.

If you haven't caught on by now, I am a huge fan of outfits that have a fun, playful vibe. Europeans stylishly (and confidently) pull this off with the help of a whimsical bag or accessories like ruffled ankle socks and a quirky hat.
