All the Ways to Wear is a monthly series where we round up the personal twists theBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing team is putting on one particular item, style, or trend. Whether it's the trending denim of the moment or the season's It print, we hope to inspire your daily outfits and increase the value on some of our favorite items.
I think it's safe to say that if you want to go the rest of 2020 without wearing anything but sneakers, you definitely could—and I for one am not the least bit mad about it. I already prefer sneakers to just about every other footwear style, but the recent importance of practical fashion has never made me appreciate them more. It also doesn't hurt that my favorite low-key outfits look even cooler when I add a pair of kicks.
Lately, I've been eyeing the very on-trend platform sneakers Converse is releasing—specifically the Move and Cable (have you seen them yet?). My fellowBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing editors also love the affordable sneaker brand and have been wearing these pairs on repeat. Since I get the majority of my style inspiration from them anyway (read: copy their cute outfits), I thought I'd share how four of them have been wearing their Converse recently. You'll thank me later for this easy outfit inspo.
Jasmine Fox-Suliaman, Audience Engagement Editor
This denim and sneakers outfit is exactly what to wear when it's still warm out but you want to start dressing for fall. The platform feels cool and modern and I also never knew how much I needed baby pink sneakers until now. So thank you for that, Jasmine.
Lauren Eggertsen, Senior Fashion Editor
Lauren (who owns more Converse sneakers than anyone I've ever met) is also a fan of the new Move style. I will be copying her trendy fall look until further notice. White high-top sneakers, a pleated skirt, and a faux-leather jacket—what's not to love?
Anna LaPlaca, Associate Fashion Editor
I just can't get enough of the dreamy moss shade these Cable high tops come in. And yes, I'm equally as excited about the fun braided detail on the sole of the shoe. I love how Anna paired these with her favorite neutral summer denim outfit to make it feel more fall-friendly.
Anneliese Dominguez, Associate Fashion Editor
Don't worry, this style also comes in a low top version. I can't think of a single outfit that doesn't look better with white sneakers, so add these to your wish list immediately. Anneliese's current favorite way to wear hers are with classic skinny jeans, her cozy Bubble Crew from Converse' new unisex line Shapes, and a baseball cap (because who's really doing their hair everyday in quarantine anyway?).
