As Milan Fashion Week continues full steam ahead, let's take a moment to reflect on one of the Italian city's brightest stars—Jil Sander. The house's runway shows are always a study in posh minimalism, and this season was no exception. In the show notes, the brand described the spring/summer 2025 collection as "a snapshot of real life rather than a staged photograph. Silhouettes and shapes are more real and grounded." Translation: Everything was deliciously wearable.

Aside from the excellent clothes, everyone was buzzing about one particularly stylish family. Solange Knowles took a spot in the front row to watch her son, Julez Smith, walk the runway. With a Jil Sander show under his belt and his mom's support, the up-and-coming model surely has a promising future in the industry.

Scroll down for everything you need to know about Jil Sander's newest show.

1. Solange Knowles Sat Front Row, and Her Son Walked the Runway

Knowles was a proud parent at Jil Sander's S/S 25 show, where Smith walked the runway. For the occasion, Knowles wore a comfy sweater and see-through lace skirt along with a pair of furry sandals—all by Jil Sander, of course. For his runway gig, Smith was dressed in a satin T-shirt and baggy trousers. Will he be the next big nepo baby in the modeling industry? Only time will tell.

2. The Snake-Print Accessories Will Go Viral in No Time

If you're curious about which accessory trends will still have legs in 2025, Jil Sander has an answer for you. The house styled several looks with exceptionally cool snake-print bags and boots, ensuring the trend's survival. I particularly enjoyed the red patent-leather trench coat, which is begging to make a splash on the street style scene next year.

3. Stylish Suits Dominated the Runway

Jil Sander's S/S 25 show during Milan Fashion Week was a master class in suiting. One sharp blazer styled as a dress was made with iridescent fabric that glowed under the spotlights. I also enjoyed the pantsuits in burgundy, beige, and dusty blue.
